Are your products original and authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% original Funko products.

Are there any minimum orders?

There is no minimum quantity on any orders.

What are your payment options?

We accept all Visa and MasterCard.

What about Cash On Delivery?

We currently accept cash on delivery for orders delivered in the UAE only.

How long does it take to deliver?

It takes 1 - 3 business days for delivery from when the order is placed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Fandom ships all over the world! 

Can I return my purchase?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the products are damaged or the wrong product was shipped. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees will be waived off for eligible refunds. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
